My Dad was in the hospital after a fall and broke a bone in his neck and we have to be very careful. He was released form the hospital On Wednesday an aid showed up who was suppose to give them a bath, but the aide said that was someone else who was going to come Friday. Friday rolls around an aid come over to help walk up and down the street, but not to give him a bath or change his neck brace. They said the person coming Saturday was. Saturday rolls around and the aide was just checking up on him and said oh that's someone else. I complained to the office, saying this is ridiculous and explained how extremely frustrated but they said for someone was supposed to come to give him a bath Monday. They even called on Sunday to check in an see how he was doing which was nice, but they said someone would be there between 9:00 and 10:00. At 10:00 since no one has called or showed up we called the office and now they said someone is coming at 1:00pm. At any rate we are extremely frustrated, there is zero coordination between the office and the aids and a different aid shows up every time.
