The cashier made a mistake and didn't enter our full order, but still charged us for it. When my husband went to pick up our food, he let the cashier know that we were missing 2 items (hot dog and chicken teriyaki rice bowl). Cashier spoke to an Asian man whom I assume may be the manager and made him aware of the mistake. He offered to get the missing 2 items out ASAP. No big deal. We later came back to check if they were ready and see a hot dog and rice bowl sitting at the counter. Husband asked if those were our missing orders and the older Asian woman gave him an attitude. Apparently they were assigned a new ticket number instead of the original one that came with our order. She asked if he was #69 and he said no, but that those appears to be his missing order. Instead of checking with the team to confirm where his missing order was, she snapped at him and said that it's for order 69 and then says "Are we done here?" and walks away. The Asian guy comes out and confirms that they were ours and to disregard the lady. The rest of the staff were nice but that Asian lady needs a serious attitude check. -1 star for her stank attitude. If you park in the private parking lot, it's also $20. They have 2 bleachers on each side on the court. Our whole team family was unable to fit on 2 bleachers, so it's good we brought chairs, stadium seats (a must for bleacher seating for these long games!), etc. We like it here cos they have long black drapes between courts, so you're not distracted by the other games going on. I'm not sure how many courts they have but some courts are exposed to foot traffic while others are enclosed. We were so bothered by this because people are so rude, trying to walk by while our girls are serving or stopping right dead in front of them. Like people have no common courtesy. They have an open food court area with plenty of seating and lots of drink, food options including hot foods but it gets busy, sometimes the wait is 30mins, so keep that in mind if you have something you want to order but only have an hour break. There are also some picnics tables out front as well. During the break, there was a Mexican fruit cart outside the parking lot, but I don't know how much he was charging.

You can know a lot and be a crappy teacher, but that's not the case with these guys! While the facility offers cage time, private lessons, and group & team training - our sons have had the privilege to play on their OCX Baseball Academy teams. From a parents point of view, our boys have learned a lot from being on these teams. They fully understand the concept of "earned" playing time now. Some are far too hard on kids, while others don't challenge them enough. Coach Henry and Coach Drew have found the perfect balance. They hold the players accountable, push them to improve, encourage teamwork, continue development all while making each player feel valued and supported. As a Christian family, we also deeply appreciate the values Coach Henry brings to the program. Integrity, respect, humility, and encouragement are evident in the way he leads the team, and that means so much to us. We are so excited that our younger son will be joining Mercadel this August.
