My experience with A4 access has been terrible. I've reached out to 6 people over a dozen times via email & phone over the last 3 months with not one response. My church is going to lose it's temporary certificate of occupancy while they hold on to $40k+ of our money. I've never seen such neglect and mismanagement in my entire professional building career. Being out of state, in a very small town, I was perusing the internet researching stair lifts for my church. A4 Access was the only company that was considerate enough to spend time with me, listening patiently, acknowledging my feelings and discussing my needs and the pros and cons of various seat lift systems. Jeremia was extremely professional during this phone conversation. Not only did he make recommendations, he offered to send me email links on product information and installers near my town. He even spent a great deal of time discussing government regulations and provided me with my state administrative rules and regulations link. He exceeded my expectations being that I was located across the country and out of his service territory. His product knowledge and experience allowed me to make a very informative & best choice decision in selecting a stair lift for my church. God bless to such wonderful people. I called to have my battery replaced. The chair only was actually used about 75 times since I owned it. It sat dormant for a few years, so I had to replace the battery. The charge was over $300 for the tech to come out and replace the batteries. After he left, it ran up and down about 5 times then blew a fuse. I called the company to tell them the chair wasn't working. The tech came back out and kept blowing fuses (which I supplied). He ended up directly connecting the wires from the battery pack to the motor and seized the motor. He left the chair midway up the track and informed us that the chair is trash and cannot be fixed because of the seized motor. Here's the kicker, they charged me another $325 to have the tech come out try to figure out why the chair was stopping. Bottom line before A4 Access I needed a battery, after A4 Access I have no chair. Shame on them for charging the $325 for the 2nd visit. read more

I have made several calls to them requesting the final year of my maintenance inspection. The latest call resulted in them telling me that they have already done it. Asked them to send me a copy of the service call with my signature. They have not done that because they know it wasn't done. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

bought chair lift from them, does not work and I have called them several times over a 3 month period and they refuse to come out and fix the dam thing. Woman who answers is rude and nasty...she continues to say they are to busy to come out. I will be filing complaint with BBB and then seek legal advice. cannot use the dam thing and have to call others to help! lousy service, will be writing manufacture! read more
