They go above and beyond to satisfy every customer. I have witnessed a lot of customer/employee interactions. The people that work there are so professional. I have seen many rude customers but not rude employees. No one asked me to write this review. I decided to comment after reading the negative reviews. Yeah. That mug was aimed right at me. I was the problem. A full-on mess, waiting until the last possible second to handle something important. So here's what happened. I had just landed this dream remote job. Everything I wanted. All I had to do was get my I-9 employment verification done. That's it. Just needed one adult I "trust" to look at my ID and check a box. Of course I procrastinated. I had someone lined up, but they bailed at the last second, and I was suddenly screwed. Clock ticking. Stress maxed out. That's when Jamie Campbell {{John Cena entrance theme starts playing}} stepped in and absolutely saved the day. I called him in a panic, explained my situation in a way that probably sounded completely unhinged, and instead of brushing me off, Jamie listened. Really listened. No judgment. No attitude. Just calm, clear communication and a plan to get it done. He knew exactly what I needed, explained everything simply, and then actually followed through. Worked with my chaotic schedule. Showed up on time. Handled the job with total professionalism. But beyond all that, Jamie is just a genuinely solid person. Friendly. Sharp. Easy to talk to. Service is great but You have to understand that Hui has a super dry sense of humor. Once you realize that he isn't rude at all it's just his way of interacting you will learn to love him!!

And then refused to help them. When I took all of my kids in, I asked him if this was normal practice. The man said he was busy with Christmas returns... And that excuses how you spoke to my children, how??? It doesn't. I will NEVER be back. I would NEVER tell anyone to use this service. It's also sad that on the door it says that this business is being ran by a community member. I LOVE supporting small businesses and small business owners, as my husband and I are small business owners. It's too bad his customer service was so despicable.
