Joe is The GOAT. Just moved into the new place and needed a new water heater. I received many…read morequotes that started at 5k and they used scare tactics to push for upgrades and unnecessary work. Thankfully I found Joe. He was knowledgeable, funny, a great guy and didn't try to upsell a thing. He replaced my water heater at a great price. While he was here my sewer was backing up when he tried to drain the water heater. He asked that we get it cleared before he finished the job. We called Homeservice plumbers and they came out, said there was a block and they would have to tear up the basement and the starting price was almost 7k. More if they found other problems and they repeatedly tried to use, used car sales tactics and scare tactics to get me to replace Joe as my plumber and destroy the basement to clear a "block". Joe recommended Colorado Sewer Service and they came out and cleared the "block" in 10 minutes for 1/50th of what they were going to charge to tear up the basement and install a new unnecessary pipe just to begin with, which I am sure they would have tried to turn into a 20k plus job.
