This place truly became his second home, and we couldn't have asked for a better environment for his early years. The only reason we made the decision to leave was because we moved. Mrs. B and Mrs. Elena are exceptional caregivers who made our son feel loved and secure every single day. Their warmth and dedication were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about his well-being and development. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with smiles and a positive atmosphere that made leaving our little one so much easier. Mrs. B has a remarkable ability to connect with children, and her patience and kindness helped our son thrive. She always took the time to engage him in fun and educational activities, fostering his curiosity and creativity. Mrs. Elena's nurturing nature was a perfect complement, providing a comforting presence that made our son feel safe and cherished. Their combined efforts created a balanced and enriching environment that supported his growth in every way. Melrose Child Care is clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of stimulating toys and learning materials. The structured routine helped our son develop a sense of security and predictability, while still allowing for plenty of playtime and exploration. We appreciated the regular updates and communication, which kept us informed about his progress and daily activities. At times, our 6 year old daughter would spend the day when she had her random school breaks and she cried one of the days because I was picking her up too early which she's never done previously. As parents, we couldn't be happier with the care our son received. He looked forward to going to Mrs. B's every day, and it was clear that he was happy and well-cared for. We highly recommend this childcare center to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child. Mrs. B and Mrs. Elena are true gems, and we will always be grateful for the wonderful start they provided for our son.

He had been to several schools before, but this was by far his favorite and also the school he stayed at the longest. He genuinely loved going to school, and I always felt comfortable and confident leaving him there. The teachers are so loving and caring, and they always kept us updated whenever anything happened during the day. They also provided nutritious meals and snacks, which was such a big plus for us as parents. The playground has shade coverings, so even on hot days, our son could play outside without getting too tired from the heat. I also loved how many photos and videos the teachers shared through the app. It really made us feel connected to his day even when we couldn't be there. The activities they did at school were another thing I really appreciated. Whenever he brought his projects home, I was often impressed by how creative and educational they were. You could really tell that a lot of thought went into the activities. Since the school is relatively new, all of the equipment and facilities are clean and modern, and everything is very well maintained. What meant the most to us were the little things that showed how much the teachers cared. For his birthday and on his last day, they prepared gifts and celebrations for him, and all of his teachers even wrote him personal letters. Those moments were so special to us. Our son is now moving on to a new school for TK, but I feel incredibly thankful that he got to spend his preschool years in a place where he was surrounded by so much love, attention, and care. I truly feel lucky that this was the place he got to call his school during such an important time in his life. Even now, whenever we drive past the school, he still remembers all of his teachers by name and says that he misses them. I think that says so much about how much he loved being there. We will always be grateful to the teachers and staff for everything they did for our son. I would absolutely recommend this school to other families! - Leo's family

We toured numerous daycare centers in Vista, and Three Little Owls was the obvious choice for a number of reasons. First, it was by far the cleanest daycare center we toured. The teachers and owners are extremely vigilant about daily cleaning and sanitizing. It was also opened more recently so all of the toys, supplies, and furniture are very new and clean. Next, they make all meals fresh for the students, daily. My son started at six months when he began solids and I was so impressed with the food they offered him. (They make the babies homemade bone broth puree!) my daughter also loved all of the homemade meals and snacks in the preschool. Lastly, the owners and teachers all truly love the students. My husband and I both work full time and leaving our babies everyday is hard. However, I always felt so confident that they were loved and cared for by every teacher at Three Little Owls. You don't find teachers that compassionate and invested in the children at every daycare. It is truly a special place. I highly recommend Three Little Owls to anyone looking for childcare. We are so grateful for all they have done for us.

Sally, Jen, and the staff have provided unconditional care, demonstrated professionalism, and shared their expertise in a way that has exceeded my expectations for childcare. I will be forever grateful for the love and guidance they have provided our family. It took him about 4 weeks to get settled in and now at 19 months, he goes right to Mary and even closes the door on me. He doesn't even go that quick to grandma unless she has a snack. He's very comfortable here and I like that it's not a huge facility with a ton of kids. Not sure if it's a coincidence or if my son has built a strong immunity from the first daycare but I've noticed that he has gotten sick less (knock on wood). I've had to ask for after hours help since grandma is on vacation and luckily Mary was able to accommodate my hours for a couple of days. I really appreciate that it's a possible option.

When I first went back to work, my daughter was only 9 months old. Like many of you, I found out…read morequickly that most daycares only start at 1 year old, and spots were hard to come by. Out of desperation, I pounced on the first opening I found at KinderCare. I'll forever regret that decision. The assistant director even told me, "KinderCare isn't known for those crazy child abuse stories." And I believed her, without doing my own research. A simple search would have proven her wrong before I signed my daughter up. From the start, it was obvious my baby hated being there -- and it wasn't just separation from me. The staff seemed burned out, and my little girl was left to cry alone in corners. She would scream in relief when I picked her up, and she gave me that heartbreaking "mommy, where were you?" look. She came home with marks on her multiple times. Every time I asked, I got the same runaround: "no one saw what happened" or "another child pushed her." The worst was when I noticed her pacifier clipped awkwardly in the center of her chest. Later, during bath time, I found a bruise in the exact spot. When I called, the story shifted again -- from "no one knows" to "another child pushed her that morning." I knew in my heart it was more than that. The thought of an adult being frustrated and snapping the clip onto her chest still breaks me. I pulled her out after just three weeks -- three weeks too long. She's at a new center now, and the difference is night and day. She's happy to go to school, and of course happy to see me at pick-up, but not with that same fear and sadness in her eyes. Listen to your children, because they do in-fact communicate with you
