Particularly on the inside and the windows, I never ever seemed to get clean on my own. No overpowering scents, just incredible. There were no swirl marks. They came to my house, we went back over what we previously spoke about and a few hours later both my boys (babies) looked fantastic (Inside and out). Very professional, friendly, just handled their business its a true value. I am a Marine Veteran, and believe me I am very hard to please. My babies, get all the attention, special attention, because there is this saying from a (commercial) I keep in my head (paraphrasing) , A vehicle that doesn't make me feel something is a vehicle that stops short of amazing. Both my boys are amazing, so I take care of them... Concours is special, call them, schedule a cleaning, and NO Jacob nor his partner did not ask me to give them a review. This is a winner.Extremely good Value and remember they did both my vehicles (FULL SIZE), 3 digit temps, Thank god for my garage, that was also big enough for them to use, just to get them out of the heat/sun. I have given them a monthly schedule to come, they are my go to......

They did an amazing job, car looks better than off the showroom floor and the steering wheel looks brand new again. When I picked up the car it was running rough and went into limp mode. Theo arranged to have it towed by enclosed trailer to the dealer to be checked out. He also helped me get it looked at the same day after the dealer said their earliest opening was two weeks out. It turned out to just be a bad spark plug that was an easy fix, but Theo went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely a 5 star experience and highly recommend them for any detailing or customization work. The attention to detail is off the charts. There's a reason you see them working on so many Porsche's and exotic cars when you're in the shop.

They forgot to wipe down the side mirrors, the rear passenger size window wasn't wiped at all, my mudflaps weren't even touched and the area where the trunk button is still had a decent dirt as well the back of the drivers seat. On the plus side they were really good with removing my beagles pet hair in the bad seat. For $55 for a car wash missing these spots are pretty disheartening considering this place was highly recommended by my friends.

He carefully removed all decals and emblems preserving the original finish. When he agreed to come back early on the second day for the final finishing of the motorcycles, I was impressed. George arrived at my security gate five minutes ahead of schedule and promptly began work at 6:00 AM. The Harleys are photo-worthy now and ready to show! His work ethic is second to none and he will work to satisfy his customer. Whether it's a cold winter night or the hottest day of the year, George gets the job done. He's cheerful, optimistic, and he over-delivers. Surprisingly, I felt that his price was too low for his quality of service. I expected to pay more for his time and materials. Therefore, I paid him double what he asked. I found him on the Internet, but he now has a place in my contact file. There will never be a need for me to look elsewhere for an affordable, reliable, and quality detailer. Thanks, George!

Unfortunately, during the application process, an accidental activation of my key fob resulted in the rear hatch striking my garage door, causing a significant paint chip. Kyle did inform me of the damage immediately and assured me he would cover the repair costs. However, after obtaining two repair quotes, he has since stated he lacks the funds to fulfill that promise currently, suggesting a future plan. Furthermore, the initial ceramic coating application exhibited several noticeable high spots, requiring two separate return visits for correction. While Kyle did attempt to rectify these issues, the initial oversight was disappointing. While I acknowledge Kyle's attempts to address the problems, the combination of the damage incurred, the uncertainty in fulfilling his promise to cover the repair, and the initial quality issues with the coating itself, have left me with a negative overall experience. I now have to pay for an autobody shop out of pocket to repair the paint and am left without my car for at least 5 business days while repairs are made.
