We agreed on a delivery date on my contract, then they called to change it since they had a lot, of deliveries over the Memorial weekend. My contract had a pick up date of Monday or Tuesday. They showed up on Monday without confirming and the guard at the gate was not letting any commercial vehicles in because of activities going on within the community for the holiday, unbeknownst to me. They charged me and additional $50 for re-pickup on top of the original $95 delivery fee. They charged my card without authorization. BUYER BEWARE!!!

SmThey said they would cook all the food when in fact it was all store bought as many of my friends saw her opening Publix boxes.The hot food was not kept hot nor the cold food cold. There was not enough food for 20 people and the only thing they made was the pulled pork. Which got 12 people sick. Not everyone ate the pork but all who did had the shits for days.. when they came back two days later to pick up canopies and their items the brought their huge pit Bull to my property and, without asking at all, just let it out of their car to run around. We have our own dogs and free range chickens, which it attached one and in the process of trying to free the chicken my husband tore is ACL. The did nothing to stop their dog. When we complained about the food poisoning they did absolutely nothing to correct the problem. No Apologies or any refund of any kind. I absolutely would not recommend this company and we are in the process of filling a claim

As an event planner myself, I know the value and insane amount of work that goes into preparations for a big event. So, I knew I'd be hiring planners. We loved that Woven + Revel had a few packages for different scopes and pricing. We went with a mid-range package since the wedding wasn't going to have too many parts to it, but we needed help finding a venue. Megan was our go-to throughout the months leading up to the party and she was INCREDIBLE. She was incredibly organized and kept us on task as well as doing a ton of leg-work with our vendors. Besides that, she had really great insight on things we would've missed and vendor recommendations. For day-of, these gals truly shined. The primary issue is that two of the three games didn't work. The inflatable skeeball machine came with a torn power cord for the blower. The inside wires were clearly exposed, and as a result, it kept deflating. With a lot of duct tape, we were able to get it to function for the three hours. The other, which operated on just a simple 9v battery, died after one use, and of course, we didn't have another 9v battery. Fortunately, a neighbor did, so we were able to get it fixed within an hour. (The third game did not have any electronic parts.) They were also very odd with the contract. You pay a deposit, then - even though they have your credit card - you have to "authorize payment" in full two day before. Totally fine. Except that I did authorize payment both by email and text, well in advance of the deadline - and they STILL cancelled my order and attempted to charge me a "reinstatement fee," which I had to call to fight with them to get it removed. Failed to respond to emails asking for additional rental of tables. We also had to pay a "late pickup" fee because our event started at 6, and they refused to pick up any later than 9pm, despite paying the late pick up fee and repeated requests over the weeks leading up to the event, including offers to pay more for a later pick up. Literally, kids are playing at 9:03, and they disconnected the power. Overall, they just weren't nice, and the equipment was pretty sad and worn down. Definitely will stick with the tried and true companies, who seem to appreciate their customers and to understand that renting party stuff should be JOYFUL and FUN, not mean and difficult.

They are very friendly and efficient. I was worried that all of that stuff wasn't going to fit in my Lexus RX 350 so we brought my other SUV which is the same size and the rep assured me one car was enough and plenty big and sure enough he got everything nice and neat in there with room to spare. I also like the fact that the return date is on a Monday vs a Sunday. Will definitely use them again in the future.
