From helping me pick exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, to communicating with my insurance company to make sure they had all the information I needed in the right place so that I would be properly covered should something go wrong. I called the man at the last minute "You got a slider?" the answer was "Yup" and it was promptly picked up. My delivery guys dropped the ball so Doug brought the gear to my shooting location which was luckily not too far from his office but still, way above and beyond what I expect a gear rental business to do.
