Located on what is basically a farm, you feel like you are removed from the rest of the world and can fully focus on the event at hand. Everything is well kept here and you can feel that the people place a lot of pride and effort into their work to help make this venue and the wedding to be as successful as possible. They have horrible communication and left the space without saying anything. The final result was very disappointing and did not reflect what we were promised or what we had envisioned for such an important occasion. They left me and my sister to fix up their mess that they were supposed to do which they gotten paid for. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. There was a lack of accountability about how their work impacted our special day. We expected professionalism communication and quality but didn't receive none of those. For our Christmas Dinner, I rented tables, chairs, and a tent with walls and lights, and everything was perfect, tables and chairs were in excelent conditions and clean, they set it up the day before on time and the personel was very respectfull.
