I tried many times to call them but their phone answering system is horrible, and you can never get someone to return your call. I had to physically go to the store to talk to someone about finishing the job. I spoke with Chris, who gave me the round around that they were so backed up from the snow storm but will contact me to schedule the job. I never heard back from him. I had to eventually go back to the store in person cause again my phone messages were being ignored. Chris repeatedly ignored my concerns and refused to reschedule the completion of the project. I had to talk with someone else. Brandon and Blair were the ones to finally understand my concerns and get the job scheduled. It was completed May 19. Total time elapsed is 6 MONTHS! Chris should be fired for his repeated disregard and ignoring of a customer paying over $10,000 for a fireplace.

On this particular visit, the only other patron was engaged in conversation about guns and ammo. After about 15 minutes, the proprietor gave his attention to me, the only other patron did not make a purchase, at least not while I was there. I concluded my business in short time. On another visit, I was granted entry (door buzzer). Instead, I was the only patron. It appeared that only the proprietor, his assistant and me were the only people inside of the establishment. The proprietor appeared to be doing paperwork to the left of me. To the right of me was the assistant who appeared to be wiping down the counter and various other things, like the telephone and such. Not wanting to intrude, I sat on a stool while getting no attention. After approximately 3 or 4 minutes, I got up to leave. To exit the door had to be buzzed. About 4 steps to the door, the buzzer immediately sounded to allow me to exit. Not one single word was spoken between us. I used this establishment for FFL services, not anymore. Freestate range is a short distance away and the cost of transfer is slightly cheaper and services professional and polite.

I took it there and they quoted $135 with a special. When I picked it up, it was $195 and they could not fix the burn but they neglected to tell me that beforehand.
