Many places would quote online without visiting. The owner of 360 came himself and spent time understanding the pool and the needs. He quoted a price and explained the service well and was very attentive- He explained what was important and his approach They take their time during the service and send photos documenting everything that was done. I feel they take a lot of care and manage both the science of it and the art of customer care. I'd highly recommend the group- they are smaller higher quality group and it makes me happy when people have pride in their work - I'm much happier with them than the last group we used and there is a lot of difference in the small details- you should give them a chance I'm sure you would be happy
