Well guess I couldn't finish explaining that it's a family home before this rude individual talked over me and didn't let me even explain what we were trying to do. He simply only wants to deal with the homeowner. It was only when I asked about his license information that he immediately wanted off the phone call. Simple business search shows no active license with Virginia DPOR. "Deal only with the homeowner" means that they won't work with legitimate companies or people because they are unlicensed. If you hadn't been rude and so mean on the phone I don't think I would have gone to this extent to put the warning out. Pics below of the search on DPOR Support legitimate business!!

From start to finish, Miguel was incredibly communicative and easy to reach, which was so refreshing. Their estimate was detailed, the crew was as tidy as you can possibly be on a job like this, and they finished right on schedule. I was also struck by what a great team Miguel has. The guys genuinely seemed to enjoy working together, and Miguel himself was on site frequently throughout the project. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and clearly took pride in their work. We're extremely pleased with the finished product and would absolutely hire Miguel and Sunshine Brickpointing again for any future masonry work.

We felt like he always kept us updated on progress, kept the three week project on schedule, asked for feedback and was open to our small design additions as the project progressed. So, we decided to bring them back this year when our front walkway was quite literally falling apart. Pros: they do good work. Cons: the crew will pee on your property. Not in a bathroom. Outside. And then they will lie about it. To add more context- the crew was working on my FRONT walkway. They made it a point to let themselves in my BACK yard through the gate, walk to the corner of my yard where my shed is, move a gate that was blocking a space next to the shed, and peed there. Several of them did it the second they began the job. The owner doesn't care and will turn it around to make you look like the problem. So, if you're cool with that, then go ahead and move forward with them. However, know that you'll be paying a premium price for a company and project crew that couldn't care less about disrespecting you or your property. Just an honest review. It's unfortunate, but if that's how Jeff wants to run the business, then that's his problem.
