I arrived at 11:30 and waited until 1:00 and Rick never showed up. When I returned home I called and talked to an office worker who said that Rick called me at 1:45 to tell me he was 1/2 hour away, as he does all customers. I explained that my appointment was for 11:30 and she said quite nonchalantly 'oh well, I guess he was running late.' But we can reschedule you in for Thursday. I said 'Are you kidding me, you didn't even apologize for what happen this morning. Why would I want to do business with you?' And she HUNG UP ON ME! If you do business with this company, expect to be treated like garbage.

I uploaded photos detailing the work that needed to be done and they contacted me immediately to set up an estimate. While setting up the appointment I explained to them that this is NOT my house and although it is not my house and NOBODY will be home, the homeowner gave us permission to be on his property without anyone being there. The day of the appointment passes, matter of fact several days pass after the appointment date and no communication was sent out to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately. I was under the impression that I was contacted when I put this request of work out because people wanted to make money, I guess not.
