I HIGHLY recommend M&L Garage Door Services and, specifically, technician Ben. They were able to…read morecome out the same day to provide a free estimate to repair or replace my opener. It was an old unit so Ben presented a few options to replace it with an upgraded new unit. He gave me a price I couldn't refuse and had the new system installed within an hour. It's SOOO much smoother and quiet than the old one! Ben was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and concerns. He also made himself available for a few questions days after the install. He was awesome and the other team members I spoke to at the business were very helpful and responsive. I couldn't be more pleased with the new unit and the service we received. THANK YOU M&L!

Mike was extremely professional, reliable, and affordable…read more I just moved to Naples from Illinois and needed all the floors redone for a 1400 Sq ft townhome. My floors look amazing. Some extra work needed to be done on the second floor bc the floors were horribly uneven. Mike's colleagues Bob and Buddy did my floors in between other jobs. I was flexible with timing but they did the work asap.

I tried to set up an estimate appointment with Try Star for stucco repair on a home one of my…read moreelectricians upgraded the exterior electric on. I uploaded photos detailing the work that needed to be done and they contacted me immediately to set up an estimate. While setting up the appointment I explained to them that this is NOT my house and although it is not my house and NOBODY will be home, the homeowner gave us permission to be on his property without anyone being there. The day of the appointment passes, matter of fact several days pass after the appointment date and no communication was sent out to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately. I was under the impression that I was contacted when I put this request of work out because people wanted to make money, I guess not.

On the day they were scheduled to replace, the panel supposedly fell of the truck or they got into an accident or something and the panel was damaged. Weeks later still hadn't heard from them so I called to find out what was going on. They had the panel and we scheduled for them to come the next day. Once again, they did not show up and I was promised a call from the manager the next day. Of course, that never happened. So they've had my deposit for about three months now. I requested my deposit be refunded. Crickets. I disputed it with my credit card company (THANK GOD I didn't give them a check or cash!) and never heard from them at all. Good riddance, don't be scammed!
