I had triple checked part number, given registration number, triple checked when I picked them up from the store. Car was stuck on the ramp for 48hours (still on ramp now), the mechanic called Halfords, they said we have the correct ones in, he drove down on my time & expense & they tried to give him the same ones they had sold me, he had told them exactly what he needed, they still got it wrong. Make a complaint no facility, this has cost me £1000,s in wasted time, stress and additional costs. They told me to push car off the ramp (engine in pieces), down the hill, along the road & up another ramp, just zero value. DO NOT TRUST THESE FOOLS!!!!!

If bending over backwards to help were literal rather than metaphorical, these guys would be able to lick the backs of their own heels I've shopped here many times, almost always for something I don't know the first thing about other than that I need one, and the staff have been unfailingly helpful. They have an impressive selection of auto accessories in stock considering the size of the store and are always willing to get hold of stuff they don't have right now. The downside - if you can call it that - is that the prices aren't as low as you'll find in pile-it-high-sell-it-cheap shops where the staff don't know anything. Likewise, you'll save money ordering things online. But tell me this: faced with a customer who has just spent seven quid on a new headlight bulb, how many store managers would spend THIRTY MINUTES fitting it for them, free of charge? I went to get my bike "fixed" nearly 2 months ago and it's now worse than when i dropped it off! Staff member told me to wait whilst he checked over my buke and never told me my bike was ready so i was left ealking around the shop for over an hour! Then when i picked it up they said they couldn't find an issue and charged me £95!!!! I then went back a week later and the guy told me to come back in a week when the other tech is back (probably because he couldn't be bothered) and when i came back to get it checked again he told me to come back in a month. So i waited and when i went back yesterday for them to fix it they just said they haven't prded the part so they can't fix it! This really p***ed me off!!

The good thing about when you buy a car Cd player from there is that they will fit it for free for you. Also if you are interested in buying any of the more expensive car wheels then if you want they will set up a payment plan with you, making it more affordable. The shop is really organised and well laid out as bits to do with bikes etc are together and so on. The staff are really helpful and are happy to advise you on which product is most suitable for you.
