Unfortunately my experience with this branch was not positive. When I went into the showroom to…read morehave an initial look round, the first man was quite helpful and gave me his business card. I then used the website to configure a car and emailed him with a couple of questions, I didn't get a proper response to my first question so email him directly back and didn't get a response. After a number of weeks I rang the showroom to clarify and was invited to make an appointment to talk through - I attended this 3 days ago. I had an Audi as a company car for the last 7 years but this was a personal purchase for a new car. The Salesman made no attempt to highlight the benefit of Audi or the model I was after and seemed disinterested, even though I stated that I was after a new car. I had every intention of ordering my car during that appointment but when he said the configuration would take some time to go through, I was so disappointed with the whole experience I left without making the purchase. I have more seriously now started to look at a Vauxhall model. Not sure what they get commission on but it doesn't seem to be using and following up on leads.
