From my panic call to his reception at 9.30 am in the morning to leaving his garage later that same day the service I received was first class. My telephone enquiry was dealt with speedily and on my arrival a few hours later (I dont live particularly close) I was greeted by someone in the know and was able to leave my car for inspection regarding the problem. I spent an hour or so enjoying lunch in town to then receive a call with both an update and a time to pick up my car. The cost, time and service were outstanding! I would thoroughly recommend this team, they are all very friendly and certainly the impression I got watching them speaking with other customers is that this level of customer service is the norm, how lucky for us all. I thought it may be uneconomical to repair and considered scrapping despite the fact it was a really good runner. Steve at Prestige Autotech diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a new part called a valve block. The cost was less than I feared and it is now better than ever. I found Prestige Autotech on the internet contacted 'Phil' and described the problem and he gave me a very competitive estimate (£216 +vat to replace both front springs) and we booked it in for the following morning. The repair was carried out most efficiently, I found their workshops to be very clean and modern and Phil to be most helpful and knowledgeable. My car was back on the road and off to the test centre for retesting (which it passed of course) by early afternoon and the final bill exactly what it said on the tin. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will be returning for all my future motoring needs.
