I went in for the Signature Detail at $250, and it fell short of expectations. I recently purchased a new vehicle that was already in good condition and just needed a minor refresh, so I expected a professional detailer to easily handle the job. However, the results were about what you'd expect from a chain like Mr. Car Wash or Octopus, which isn't acceptable for the price.
The overall attention to detail was lacking, and there were noticeable inconsistencies inside and out. Even after pointing out specific areas I wanted addressed, they weren't handled properly, and I ended up finishing the work myself.
For instance, the seat tracks were left completely untouched. I was told he does not clean seat tracks, which is something any professional detailer would have taken care of. Additionally, coins, hair, and debris were still noticeably in crevices and under the seats, showing a clear lack of thoroughness.
