Absolutely awful. I got a referral and they told me that they took alliance Medicaid. I went into…read morethe office for the appointment, provided my ALLIANCE MEDICAID CARD, and WAS TAKEN BACK TO A ROOM and seen by a doctor for 2 minutes. Then they proceeded to tell me that they don't accept my insurance and that I owe them $200. I told them I wasn't paying it. 2 months later I get a bill for $425 from them. They cannot provide me a receipt with a breakdown of services provided. I'm in the process of disputing it and getting an attorney.

When I advised them that is was not okay to call less than 24 hours before to cancel and I had taken off time to come in, they told me they would call me back. She called me back and rescheduled for the same exact day just an hour later with the same exact provider and ignored when I asked with the same provider? I thought he couldn't see my child. I went to the appointment they were not clear, they told me we would come back for a hearing exam, come to find out I had to go elsewhere and they put in a referral but failed to disclose that with me. I went elsewhere got testing and results. 3 weeks later I get a text messaging say I have an upcoming appointment. I tried to call, left voicemails with no call back. Come to find out they scheduled a follow up but never called and told me I had an appointment or consulted me on dates and times. When I called, they told me it for to go over results which I already had, the lady just said sorry the girl who scheduled it said she spoke to you. She didn't but all good. Needless to say, I will take my child anywhere else but here for care. Never have I dealt with a doctor office that has such a lack of communication and a lack of care for their patients.

And the front desk staff was incredibly rude anytime we asked for an update. Seriously, if you don't get the first appointment of the day (8am), go elsewhere.
