On September, 23 my brother did blood work on a Monday and always had an office visit several days later. When I called a week or so later I was told he was to have a physical, not an office visit. This has never been the case... I am his Healthcare. Power of Attorney so I knew that was not correct and nobody had told me. I asked about his blood work to be told it was incomplete. I asked why I was told to call Lab Corp to see what the hold-up was. I called Lab Corpor only to be told the sample received was not usable and they had advised the doctor's office. The Lady also explained they should have given me a call to schedule more blood work. I called Dr. Baccerra's office back and was told to bring him in. The CBC was done and no call to advise of the results. I again visited the doctor's office and asked why I wasn't called with the results. It was written on the blood work to make sure POA got a copy. Today was his office visit they still saying physical was for the visit. I told Dr. Baccerra that there was a mix-up and discussed the issues I had from the previous interaction with his office. He began to tell me in so many words that I was wrong about the blood work. When I finally pinned him on the fact that I was right. He proceeded to discharge my brother from his practice. And became some what combative and accusing me of being rude. I asked for better clarification for the mix-up. I couldn't believe he would discharge a 73-year-old patient. Instead of an apology, he became angrier. and because he wasn't telling the truth he rather discharge my brother. I got his license number and left the office. My goal was to ensure my brother got the best care due to his age. If you are not satisfied with a doctor's explanation you can ask them to clarify. If they discharge you that is not the practice for you. Please locate a doctor who takes your concerns seriously.

No-one thought to mention going to a CHIROPRACTOR!!! I mean, it's my shoulder, not my back, right? Well I thought I could get cheap x-rays at a chiro and see if I was dying of bone cancer...!! Dr. Williams found severe issues with my neck, adjusted me and already, after ONE visit there is marked improvement in mobility. He is super nice and gave me all the information I needed at every turn without boring me..! An extremely close and beloved friend suggested I visit McGee Chiropractic when I moved back to Greenville, NC. Unlike the other guys down the street and around town, the good Doc has been teaching and training at East Carolina University for decades and does all of their team sports. Even my personal doctor (who is very good) calls McGee "the man." That's all I needed to hear! On my first visit, I got treated with respect and humor. Loved it! I also got physical treatment and adjusted. None of this, stay in pain and come back later crap...treated and adjusted on the first visit. I went from having problems standing and sitting to doing another two hours at work on my feet, with no problems...the same day!!! AMAZING!!!
