I hired this company to repair automatic doors for a department store project. On May 29, I paid a…read more$1,200 deposit for parts and also paid $175 for the service visit. After receiving the deposit, I repeatedly asked for updates regarding the parts order and an expected start date. For more than a week, I was told that the distributor had not responded, that part information was still being verified, and that there was no confirmed date for delivery or installation. Because I have contractual obligations to my client and could not obtain a clear timeline for the project, I decided to cancel the work and hire another contractor. After I canceled, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $380 for a second visit and a cancellation fee. These charges were never disclosed to me beforehand, and I was not provided with any written agreement explaining cancellation fees or additional service charges beyond the original visit fee. My experience was frustrating because of the lack of communication, the absence of a clear project schedule, and the unexpected charges that appeared only after I decided to cancel. I encourage future customers to obtain all terms, timelines, and cancellation policies in writing before making a deposit.

The only caveat is the lack of communication on day of the work order if you're not present & the work is being done by a journey man other than Mr. Rojo. They're quotes were completely off and they damaged/broke a lot of my furniture. It cost me over a…read more$1000 over what they quoted. The day they were packing I had to follow them around picking up parts to the furniture they were loading that otherwise would have been lost. When they unloaded, there were a large number of items that were either scratched or outright broken. We're still looking for some pieces to the furniture like feet and knobs. They had left the hardware to put our master bed back together in the House we're moving from. I had to make Charlie pick them up and bring them to the new house so they could put the bed back together. My wife gave them the check for the remainder of the move and now Charlie won't answer me about compensation for the damaged and broken items. When you pay a 'professional' for a service you expect professionalism but you won't find that here. Save yourself some money and just hire some labor to load and unload your own truck. You'll get the same results for significantly less cost. This company will disappoint you. The guys that loaded were nice enough and worked hard but they're not professional movers. I don't blame them, I blame their management.

They called to say they were going to be 90 minutes late. Reviewed my inventory during the call. I reiterated they would need a 26 ft truck. They showed up at 345 PM in a rented 20 ft UHAUL truck. Abraham stated they would need to make 2 trips ( who does that? why do you not have the right equipment?) The workers were slow and lazy. At 1125 PM they were done. But they tore the zipper on my sectional and destroyed the newly installed tile floors from pushing the washer & dryer and sectional. I sent pictures email and calls with no resolution. It's been 11 days since the move. Do Not Hire Them! My next communication will be through an attorney.

Bryan, the owner, was nice and went above and beyond making sure to respond to all my inquiries. His crew arrived on time, fully equipped and ready to work. Above all, they made sure to pay attention to detail and be respectful of my parents property and home. As to work, windows were spotless, no streaks and no smudges. The crew made sure to do a full walkthrough afterward to ensure I was happy with the results. They offered a few tips for maintaining clean windows between services and further informed that they also clean solar panels, if that should interest me in the future. I highly recommend this local company that provides quality work and at more affordable pricing than other companies I've contacted before. Now all that's left is for my parents to sit back and enjoy the clean view from their patio doors. I will definitely be using them again.
