The only caveat is the lack of communication on day of the work order if you're not present & the work is being done by a journey man other than Mr. Rojo. Back in February 2023, during a visit to my mom's house we tried to replace a kitchen light and just couldn't get it to work before we had to head back home (we live 200 miles away). We called Red One just before leaving and before we got home 4 hours later, they had come by, installed the light and got it working. Fast forward to this week, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we had to call IID to check out the wiring to the house. They did and said they had to cut our electricity- literally cut the wires and took our meter- immediately due to exposed wires and would not reconnect us until electricians could relocate the main electrical, install a new panel to current code. I called Red One hoping for a miracle. Within a few hours, Luis was at the house trying to make that miracle happen. We needed to pull a permit with city before any work could be done and the city had to inspect before IID would reconnect. Calls to city went unanswered but when I walked in, they got it done. They even asked one of their inspectors if he was willing to work on a day off to inspect the work the day after Thanksgiving. (Shout out to Luciano, the city building inspector!!) While we didn't get our electricity back on in time for turkey, the team from Red One showed up the day after Thanksgiving to do all of the work and after just about 51 hours of having electricity cut, it was finally restored! It would not have been possible without Luis and the team at Red One! All of the guys were friendly. Even our dog, who is scared of everyone, approached them. I cannot sing their praises enough!!
