I personally rank them right up next to dentist visits. I was long overdue for an appointment. I felt instantly relieved when I met Dr. Jacqueline Ma midwife. What a beautiful soul she is. She's professional and kind, addressing all my questions and concerns honestly. IVCH really did a great service to our area adding Dr. Ma to their staff.

The second time I went I waited a hour in the waiting room. I decided to cancel my appointment. The secretary didn't even remember my name. What a waste of time. I will be going somewhere else.
