(Brazilian) However the second time I came here was a complete waste of mine and their time. First of all, I had no idea what specialist I got but she needs to work on her costumer service, I don't know if she meant to say it in a rude way but honestly I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt. She told me that getting waxed would be a complete waste of money and that I should wait longer which okay I can understand not much hair but it's hair that bothers me. I don't want to wait a whole week or two to get it waxed. I make my own money and I would like to do whatever I want with it. So for her to dismiss me like I was wasting my parents money on some wax is insane. I already made an appointment here and I already made my way to this place just for you to tell me to put my shirt back on and go back home is crazy. Thank you for your advice on waiting but I still would've paid that much money even if I had to come back next week or two weeks later. (Underarm)

Shanda is my go-to eyebrow gal!!! She is so cool!!!…read more I come to her for my eyebrow slit. I literally only trust her. She's quick, meticulous, and knows exactly what I want. When I first came to her inquiring about an eyebrow slit, she walked me through where she thought the best placement would be, advising me not to do it at the end where the hair was the weakest. She taught me how to style it after as well! Appointments are easy to book, the salon itself is cute, clean, and comfy. Thank you so much Shanda for making my Jason Momoa eyebrows come true and making me feel so good in my skin!!

Liz is an absolute gem…read more I originally booked a Hydrafacial, but when the machine was unavailable, she reached out ahead of time to offer a customized treatment instead. That level of communication and care immediately stood out to me. From the moment I arrived, Liz was professional, kind, and very approachable. She took time to understand my skin and made honest recommendations without any pressure, which I really appreciated. The facial itself was high quality. You can tell she knows what she's doing: My skin felt deeply hydrated (not just surface-level glow) No irritation or redness at all--my skin was calm and balanced My texture looked smoother and pores more refined The finish was radiant but not greasy or overdone Everything felt intentional and tailored--not rushed or generic. I left with my skin looking healthy, refreshed, and glowing. Liz truly cares about her clients and her craft. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy esthetician.

I never had an issue waxing before and knew the risks. When the process was complete, I got up and looked in the mirror and my face had small bumps/hives. I asked Rosemary what they were and she said I'm having an allergic reaction, and recommended that I take Benadryl before waxing my face again.... I thought, OK, this is temporary. 3 days later and the hives have disappeared but my face has tiny acne bumps all over and it is ITCHY as hell. I don't know how long this will last for but it's not worth the money I paid. I wish Rosemary told me that I was having an allergic reaction WHILE she was waxing my face. I only found out after I looked in the mirror and had to ask what that was. She also missed a lot of the micro-hairs on my upper lip (and I usually thread my face which does a much better job of removing fine hairs). She is a really kind and sweet person but my sensitive skin did not react well to her products and waxing and I ruined a perfectly fine face for a painfully itchy acne-prone one. Not worth it.
