I trusted the advice and spent a significant amount of money on this treatment, but my dark spots did not improve at all. After the treatment, when I sent photos to the office showing that nothing had changed, I was told that I would need additional treatments that were never mentioned during my initial consultation, and those treatments would cost even more money. I felt misled and extremely frustrated. I spent a lot of money based on their recommendations and saw no real results. Instead of addressing the problem, the solution seemed to be recommending more expensive treatments. That experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.

I knew of FeelXtra but had never ordered a service before. I used the website to book the masseuse and it was very easy. You'll input your CC info (they won't use it, as you'll be invoiced after the massage through an email), and can pick the gender of your masseuse (very appreciated). You're asked to fill out a health history form, and you get a confirmation email. Very professional and easy to use. The masseuse arrived and set up the table. She also asked about oil scent preference and had nice spa music playing. I was told the massage was good and it was nice not to have to worry about paying at the moment. Overall, I would definitely use this service again. It's a great gift and also a really wonderful way to treat yourself without having to leave home. Super convenient!
