Started out as great service. At first Chris would come and spend time doing a great job cleaning our pool and making sure it had the chemicals it needed. Over time we noticed that when he would show up he would literally be there for 2-5 minutes and then leave. This has slowly progressed to where we are today. In the last month or so he stopped showing up to clean our pool all together...leaving our pool a complete mess. We have cameras in our back yard and for the last 4 weeks or so , Chris has not come to clean our pool. No phone calls or texts to let us know that he was unable to come to complete the service that was paid for. We trusted A-Z to keep our pool in tip top shape and unfortunately that didn't happen. He did an outstanding job at cleaning it and fixing it. I have always done my own pool service, but we bought a new home in Idaho and left Simi Valley property on the market. Chris knew that it was short term assignment but he still did a terrific job for the 5 months he kept our pool looking good for prospective buyers. I don't know about the rest of you but finding a dependable and knowledgeable pool man has been a never ending battle it seems. Between them not showing up and cleaning my pool; I also had an issue after coming back from vacation and my pool having turned green. I put a call into my pool man and left a message. Days later I finally get a call back. At that point I was done. I have now been with A to Z Pool Service's for just over a month.
