This past September 2017 I needed translations from Romanian to English and from French to English for USCIS. All translations were great and accepted by USCIS. They translate and ensure the format is as close as possible to the original document. In 2016 I lost one translation and I reached out to their office to find out if they had it in their archive. Within 24h I received a copy of my lost translation. I also like the system they use to pay for the translations. It's very quick and efficient. Dealing with paperwork can be very time consuming. It's great to see a company that eases this process.

I was very lucky to find Reliable Translations, and am very happy that I did. I needed a very…read moreimportant document translated, and had asked another translator if they could do the job in a day. She responded the day that I needed the document, and told me that she could not complete it in the deadline. I was in a time crunch, and needed a miracle, and that is what Ana from Reliable Translations provided. 2:00pm - I googled "translator" on Maps, and clicked on Reliable Translations, called the number, and Ana answered. I told her that I needed a legal document translated ASAP, and sent her a copy while still on the phone. She said she would call back with a quote. 2:10pm - Ana called back with a very reasonable quote, considering I needed the document the same day. I accepted, and she took my credit card over the phone. She said she would have it ready in 2 hours at the most, but would call if it was done earlier. I honestly did not think it could be done. 3:50pm - I arrived at their office in Glendale (My office is in Rancho Cucamonga), and waited for her call. 3:54pm - Ana texts me a map to find their office, and informs me that the translation is done and ready to be picked up. The translation was perfect, and she even included the formatting of the original document. A certificate of translation was provided in English and Spanish, and she emailed soft copies of all the documents as well. I was able to drop off the document in time, but I could not have done it without Ana and her team at Reliable Translations. The service and attention to detail I received is unmatched by anything else I have experienced in the industry. Thank you Ana!!!
