He told us he was a one man team. The only thing Patrick did for us was scream at his team in our yard for our neighbors to see/hear and glue our garage door shut. We had to pull teeth to get the name of his insurance agent bc our garage door BROKE. He didn't separate the weather stripping from the garage and it just glued it shut. When we needed touch up work, it took FOREVER to get him to come out and do it. He kept saying he would send out his team (the ones who did the poor line work in the first place) to which I told him several times NO. We hired you, YOU come fix this. He finally came out when I was more firm with him. Originally said morning, but came around 2pm. Which would be fine, but I thought a text would be a nice warning.
