I walked in on a busy Monday morning and asked to have my tires looked at, since they were at least five years old. The owner, Russ, was fabulous. He walked me out to my vehicle to show me that (huzzah!) my tires were only half-worn and didn't need replacing yet. (Had I strolled into another local tire place, I probably would have gotten the old, "Oh wow. You've been driving on these for how long? They must be changed immediately!"-routine.) But not Russ and his crew. The one suggestion the owner made was a tire rotation, which I took him up on. Service was speedy and the staff was very customer-friendly. The owner is always polite and professional, as are the guys in the garage. Seats are comfortable if you have to wait, free WiFi. They don't give you any bullshit like the guys at Carbone Honda do. I've been going to TP since I had my first hooptie in high school, came here for brakes. Now I have a big girl car and I come here to get my oil changed. All the guys are trustworthy, prices are fair. Support local business!!

We literally hobbled into Computer Aided Automotive Inc. on about 5 pounds tire pressure. David Hadad, the owner assisted us immediately. I am not kidding! They pulled a car out of a bay, took our car into the bay and while I was on the phone with the car rental agency, the owner, David started calling around to get tire availability. Our tires were delivered to his shop within the hour. 30 minutes later, tires were mounted and balanced. After a test drive, we were on our way. My husband, who is a gearhead, was very impressed with the expertise and handling of the tire replacement.
