Tonight, they dropped the ball and left my bride stranded longer. She was out of fuel and called AAA. Hurricane's computer board message to AAA? "No Fuel Delivery Tonight." No phone call to follow up, no communication with my bride. Luckily AAA has other providers. I'm really disappointed with Hurricane Towing. Usually late, but normally dependable. Not this time. UPDATE/EDIT The owner contacted me a few days after the bad experience. He was fair and courteous and I really appreciate that the owner of the company took time to reach out and make things right. That right there bumped one star to four! (They are still late on arrivals, but they do show up!)

I let her know my report was for information purposes only because I'd never get the money back.
