These guys are trash. My mother's car broke down at a busy intersection and the insurance company…read morepicked these jokers to tow the car. She waited for about 3 hours and they never showed up. When she asked for an update they caught an attitude and said she wasn't the only customer (words to that effect). When she called a second time they told her their truck had broke down and they couldn't make it. Not even the common courtesy to let her or the insurance company know they're not coming. Strangers had to push her car to a safe location and she called a local tow company to to tow the car. Tow Bully gets two middle fingers up.

The person I spoke with responded with a very rude attitude, saying, "I'm on my way. I'm not that far from you now, and it's only an estimated time." I calmly asked why he was speaking to me that way. He replied, "If I was giving you an attitude, I'd cancel you." As I began to respond and ask, "You're going to cancel...," he hung up on me before I could finish my sentence and immediately canceled the service request. I called back right away, but my calls were sent directly to voicemail. I'm not sure if he was simply having a bad day, but after reading other reviews, it appears that similar experiences have been reported by other customers. That is concerning, especially when people are already dealing with the stress of needing roadside assistance. In the end, the cancellation was perfectly fine with me. After the way I was treated, I would not have felt comfortable or confident having this company tow my vehicle. I hope this review helps others when considering their options and potentially saves them from a similar experience. On a positive note, I would recommend Wallace Transport LLC for towing services. My experience with them was professional and respectful.

Offered to replace the Cobra Terminator bumper [alone] at Certifit though I told him I'd purchased and picked it up myself from Statham, GA. I'm actually glad I was in enough shock that I DIDN'T react as I normally would have and that I maintained my composure long enough to think about other possible unseen damage, the parts and the entire replacement process. Turned out the headlight nose panel frame also had to be replaced along with the bezel and wiring to the foglights.

Angels in a tow truck…read more I recently dealt with a car issue that left me on the side of the highway in a panic. Being an anxious, late in life driver, this was the last place I wanted to be or needed to be. Realizing that I didn't have roadside in my insurance plan, I did what any adult would do... I called my daddy. Although he's states away in Texas, we both worked together to find a tow truck and figure out my next move. (Honestly, he did most of the work while I stressed) Soon I received a text from my dad letting me know that I'd be receiving a call soon. When the phone rang, I was connected with Donna the dispatcher who gave me the heads up that her team would be on their way soon. I won't lie, it wasn't a super short wait in time or in my mind. But, it happens! At some point, a nice southern gentleman pulled over to help and actually towed me off of the highway just so I'd feel a bit safer. (Another angel because it was so dangerous out there!) Just a few minutes after I was rescued from the side of the highway I got a call from the towing team looking for me. My dad had made it very clear where I should be so I think they were a bit concerned when I wasn't in place. They met me at the gas station and it was such a quick process getting my car on the flatbed and my dog & I in the cabin. I'm so upset with myself that I don't remember the names of the two sweethearts that picked me up, I was so frantic and frustrated from the morning. But they brought me so much peace! We talked the entire 15min+ ride about the car issues, our love for our dogs and the amazing philanthropy projects they have approaching and how each of their trucks is in honor of a special cause. We got to the dealership safely and they made the pass off so smooth. Having to get a tow truck is never a fun situation I think, but it's much better when the folks behind the wheel are kind. Thanks again for making a crappy day a little better, and for facilitating a smooth save in Georgia with help from a great dad all the way in Texas.

After another mechanic diagnosis was discovered sealant was used on gasket at purchase that was not disclosed.
