I called their google page number as soon as i felt i can't locate the office, but it was the corporate number, i had to go through my voice mall to find the office number. Tried to communicate with front desk and told them how hard it was to find this building since there wasn't any clear street number signs. (i drove pass it two times but didn't see it at all) They said they totally understand but there is nothing they can do, the Doctor runs this office and the Doctor decides weather or not to see a patient. While i was waiting for staff to pass me their manager's number, Dr. Evelyn F. Smith came out and accused me of disturbing the office. Quote" i request you to leave before turning this office up side down" I didn't yell, i didn't swear, i didn't talk in anger, i didn't try to book any appointment with them. All i wanted to do was to let the managers be aware of this situation so they can do something to prevent it happening in the future. This is also what i told the manager too when she called me back. Regarding Dr. Evelyn F. Smith, I can't comment on her medical skills. But i doubt doctors with that kind of attitude would care about their patients.

I've been placed on hold for several minutes probably more like 10-15 minutes. Then when they do answer they talk down to you like you are a clueless imbecile and not worth the time like the gunk stuck to the bottom of their perfect shoes. Good luck getting past them to even get an appointment or get your questions answered. You will end up feeling sicker and worse than before you called. I would just steer clear of this place to send a message to the administration and front desk and phone support staff. Located on the Silas Deane Highway and a stones throw away from I-91, this is my "go to" facility for all my emergency and routine diagnostic needs. Their equipment and technology is state of the art and their staff has always been consistently professional no matter what time of day I have gone. I am sure they must see a lot of unhappy people on a daily basis but they treat each patient with the same level of friendliness and caring compassion. And the best part - extended hours beyond 9-5pm which is great because sometimes the necessity of diagnostic studies falls beyond the realm of normal business hours.
