My doctor sent me to Evergreen Imaging July 19. I had an MRI of my ear because I had a very…read moresevere ear infection. I had lost my hearing due to it. Then I went to see an ear specialist on July 24. When I got there I was told they did not have my MRI report. We had to go to Evergreen Imagining ourselves to obtain the MRI disk. Fortunately the Doctor could fit us in the next day so that he could read the disk. The radiologist had not sent the Doctor any report on my MRI. I went back to the ear specalist again on Aug 31 and he still had not gotten a report on my ear from evergreen. My whole experience with Evergreen was VERY frustrating. Depending on what they need to scan you may not even need to have your head in the scanner, or you may be able to turn your head to the side and look at the wall in the room. Front of the house staff is super friendly except one lady in billing. Doc does talk super fast so make sure you come prepared with all your questions bc she will be out of the room and on to next patient before you can blink. We started with one round of IUI before moving forward with IVF, and today, May 2026 we are pregnant with two healthy twins. IVF is an emotionally and physically demanding journey, which makes it so important to trust and feel confident in the team caring for you. Every single person at the clinic made us feel supported and cared for -- from the kind women at the front desk, to the phlebotomists, the nurses who assisted during egg retrieval, the embryologist and every single doctor that was involved, and of course Dr. Barsky and her entire team. When I got to center I asked if I would owe anything and the person at the desk said only $45 for the office visit. Today I got a bill for $222. I asked billing why and they said $45 for the office visit and the difference was my co-pay that my insurance required I pay. If I knew that the bill would be so high I would never have done the evaluation. I was not having any symptoms except a bulging vein. I would tell anyone considering going to them get the payment information in writing. Very mad at the bill I received.

Rachel did the ultrasound of both my legs. Even though I was a little nervous, she was kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Based on her ultrasound, she found the cause of my varicose Vein issues. I highly recommend Rachel. Dr. John James explained every detail of what his treatment plan would be for me. I am very grateful for all the knowledge and expertise. I am going back in a few weeks for my Vein treatments, and I can not wait!

Dr Gershon put my mind at ease and her staff treated me like a person and not just a number. She has over 25 years of experience and was very thorough and my well over due annual exam was completed all in one visit. (That included the initial exam and the ultrasound exam for density). That included getting my results before I even left the building......Wow just Wow. Now I will be getting my Annual exam on a yearly basis and not dreading my appointment.
