He is extremely detailed, very through checking everything in the home. He was there a little bit before the scheduled time and was able to give us information on what he was going to do and why each step was important. He would even show us things to watch for and give helpful tips for how to keep our house in good shape even after buying it. I would 100/10 recommend him for anyone looking to get their home inspection done. There was a wait to get scheduled with him, but it is absolutely worth it, so just make sure to try and book in advance.

She sent me all the information I needed via email, and even reminded me the day before which, was super helpful! When I arrived, Mike was already there and ready to go. Now, I am an army veteran and nurse, so attention to detail is really important. Mike was personable, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He offered me preliminary information because I could not stay for the entire inspection which I appreciated because it gave me an idea of what to expect. He was well spoken and honest. He stayed for quite a long time, and had every tool imaginable to get into all the nooks and crannies! I was blown away when we received the 74 page detailed report which was easy to understand. He not only identified each portion of the home, but included detailed photos and used red for the areas which needed some work. Because of Mike's diligence and hard work, I was able to make an informed, stress-free decision and back-out of an "As Is" sale! Their policy requires payment "to hold slot" for the appointment, which means they want full payment before you even see an actual inspector (which according to 6-7 other home inspection companies and several realtors is not a normal policy). Beware and save yourself time and energy and use a different inspection company! Edited: Heidi called my broker (whom I don't even know as I've been dealing with a specific realtor) and is threatening lawyer action, although she hasn't been in contact with me and isn't answering my calls. Save yourself the grief and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior from this "company".

Using his service has saved me TENS of thousands of dollars and he was able to locate issues that prior inspectors had missed or ignored. I have used his service recently to inspect a $700,000 home I had under contract in Winter Park. Michael was able to identify past and present leaks in the cast iron piping which would have cost me a small fortune to replace as well as a major excavation project. He was also able to identify many areas of wood rot and multiple other repairs which would have been a to be completed in the near future., Including areas of draining from past leaks and evidence that the leaks may have been covered up by the seller. As such, I was able to cancel the sale and save myself an enourmous headache. When I found a new property to purchase, I did use Michael's service again .
