    I am beyond disappointed with the experience at the T-Mobile location in Lawnside, New Jersey on…read moreJanuary 11, 2026. What should have been a simple visit turned into a situation filled with lies, disrespect, and outright unprofessional behavior. My family and I were scammed and charged for unnecessary services after being told they were free. When we questioned the charges, instead of explaining clearly or taking responsibility, the employees became defensive and rude. We were called liars, made to feel stupid, and spoken down to as if we didn't know what we were talking about. Two employees in particular stood out for all the wrong reasons: * Pablo, who was extremely immature and made unnecessary comments rather than acting like a professional. * Moises Chavez, who went back and forth with my father and called him ignorant, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. No customer--especially an older parent--should ever be disrespected, insulted, or treated this way. The lack of accountability, honesty, and basic customer service at this location is shocking. Instead of helping, they chose to argue, lie, and belittle us. I strongly do not recommend this location. If you value respect, transparency, and honest service, go somewhere else. This experience reflects very poorly on T-Mobile as a company.

My dad isn't tech-savvy so picking out a phone for him was pretty easy. While getting my dad's phone started, my mother also decided she wanted to upgrade her phone. Aside from the sim cards being placed on the wrong phones (dad had to go back to the store a day later to get them fixed), the service was great. Parents also walked out with new Samsung watches and they were really happy with it all. Thanks to the store manager Adam and Jonissa (sorry if I typed it wrong) for all of your help

    As a Medicare plans provider, we recently switched to Lighthouse for our new IP Phone System…read morebecause the federal government recently requires all companies selling Medicare insurance programs to record all conversations. Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Our new phone system works much better than the Verizon system, and we are saving over $100.00 a month! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Communications. Thanks again!

    Lighthouse called me 2-3 times a day when I was initially looking for a company to set up phone…read moreservice for my small business. They were very good at following up and scheduling install. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
