Looking online at the photos I was skeptical, but I had to get the printing done. Driving up, it looks very sketchy from the street and I almost left. I messaged a friend to tell them where I was, just in case. Well, once again I was taught you can't judge a book by its cover. I was impressed by the good humored, professionalism and kindness displayed. While I was there, a woman came up asking for prints, but her documentation showed that her employer had already paid. The attendant told her where to go in order to save herself $20. I'm always impressed by businesses that will help a customer this way rather than charge them for unnecessary services. My fingerprints were completed quickly and efficiently. Make sure to know what forms of payment they take before going.

They have a sign on the door that reads "go to 1601 Arch street location" there is no IdentoGO at that address. I went there and the place doesn't exist. Then I went to 5th street, it was over crowded the fingerprint specialist only has one computer and told me the wait is 2-3hrs. I left there and went to the Upper Darby location and eventually got the service done. I just could not believe the lack of efficiency. There's no direct contact for someone to let you know what to do or where to go. It was just not a good experience. Being given the wrong information and having to run all around town!

I asked why the price was so much higher, and they told me they also get their quote from DHL's website and the quotes are just kinda volatile. I just decided to suck it up. Well, after I got home I checked DHL's website again. It was the same price as I originally got. So you tell me-- did this place make 100% off my tiny little package? They were super nice and answered all my questions, but what the heck? It feels bad. Next time I'm going to the DHL office on market street.

I've never seen a guitar packed this well, bubble wrapped and packed with packing peanuts. There was also bubble wrap around parts of the guitar in its case as well. Couldn't ask for better packaging, and my guitar made it safe and sound all the way across the country. It did take a few days to actually be shipped out (there was a large auction and I'm sure this place was very busy), but it's worth a little extra time to have a delicate item so well packed. The Experience: * Zero Intake Tracking: Original physical credentials sat in their office for seven full business days with zero intake logging, no receipt confirmation, and completely ignored status inquiries. * Forced Regulatory Escalation: Processing was initiated only after I delivered a formal compliance notice citing state regulatory oversight bodies (PA Department of State, Bureau of Consumer Protection) and copied institutional leadership. * Unprofessional Conduct: When held accountable for operational failures, the owner resorted to passive-aggressive sarcasm, defensive deflection, and childish tone-policing rather than taking professional responsibility. Recommendation: If you are an international student or professional operating on strict institutional portal deadlines, seek alternative notarization services. The lack of basic administrative logging and high-friction communication make this service a severe operational liability.
