I was willing to deal with that issue as I understood that maybe there was some miscommunication. I also noticed the embroidery was crooked on 2/3 of the items that I had purchased. When asked to devise a remedy to the issue, Therese refused there was an issue and could not provide any compromise whatsoever even going as far as making personal attacks towards the representative present. It is unfortunate this business does not have better customer service skills. It is important to me to support small businesses whenever possible but we cannot continue to utilize this business to provide apparel we offer to our associates.

I started with an email to the shop and was greeted with enthusiasm and encouragement. Both of the women I worked with were wonderful - very helpful and professional but also very warm and friendly. The job was done very quickly and beautifully and was wonderfully received. I wish I could think of more embroidery projects just so I could use them again.
