I needed to find a service to come in and do a deep clean before he is discharged, and HTD came in the next day. They cleaned up a huge mess and left the apartment immaculate. In fact, we will be scheduling HTD to do regular cleanings in the apartment from now on. This family-owed business is so compassionate, friendly and caring. They went above and beyond to help us out during a very stress time.

They are friendly knowledgeable, and they take great pride and their work something that is very rare nowadays. Honestly the furniture came out better than I expected. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

When I walked into my closet, your husband was already painting my door and was "done." That's when he said that once the paint dried, it would blend in. If it didn't blend in, he would have to paint the whole door, which he wanted to charge me extra money for. I had already purchased the correct paint for my door. So why would I let you paint the door the wrong color? For the move-out cleaning, you didn't arrive on time, so no, 8 hours of cleaning were not done.
