Although I am a frequent user of Yelp to reference others reviews, this is my first Yelp review, and it comes for good reason. Steve, the owner, at A-Team Auto Glass is outstanding. After having my rear tailgate window shatter into a million pieces on Friday morning in the Killington Ski Resort Parking Lot, I called every auto glass repair company in the area, Triple A, my insurance company, anyone who I thought could possibly help. All except Steve told me "sorry, we can't replace your window until Mon-Tues of next week at the earliest." With a 3-hr drive back to Boston on Sunday evening, not having a rear window would have been less than ideal to say the least. Steve put a rush order on the glass and came in at 7am on Saturday, his day off, to replace the window. He explained that the previous auto glass company who replaced the same window 4 months previous (long story involving a seagull and a shell), did not take the time to clean out all the broken pieces of glass, or properly install window sealant, and did an overall sloppy job. All of which led to the catastrophic failure of the window. Steve took the time to properly clean out the broken glass and professionally install the new window. He is a great example of a small business owner that provides outstanding customer service. I could not recommend A-Team Auto Glass more. Thank you again Steve! read more
