So I went out and confronted him and he just smiled and stated just pay the deductible and they'd replace it. He packed up n left. I found very little help as far as reviews go while looking online. Luckily my insurance company recommended Legacy Glass, and boy, I couldn't have found anyone better if I tried. My insurance company set up a conference call with me and Kim at Legacy glass. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, but knowing there was a big storm coming we figured the repairs might have to wait til Friday. Kim was kind enough to call me on Thursday to let me know they would be unable to make it because of the storm, and we rescheduled the appointment for the following day.
