This restaurant was one of the highlights of our visit to the Haute Savoie region. We tried two of…read morethe local specialties - tartiflette (a baked dish of layered potatoes and creamy cheese sauce with pieces of ham) and farcement savoyard (a roasted hash of shredded potato, cheese, and dates, with two types of ham), both served with fresh salad. For dessert, we had an orange saffron creme brûlée, which was delicious. Other items on the menu included steaks, chicken and game, fish dishes, and fondue. The food was excellently cooked, and the service and atmosphere were warm and friendly. The menu was reasonably priced (most dinner entrees 15e - 25e). Overall, a very favorable impression, and will definitely visit again next time we return to the region.
