Not only did they respond to my request after hours, but they were also able to schedule a cleaning for the very next morning. The house looked absolutely amazing. The bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen looked incredible, and everything felt fresh and cared for. The customer service alone deserves recognition -- kind, responsive, and truly understanding of the situation. I can't say enough good things about them. Although Natalia was running a bit late, she definitely made up for it with her excellent customer service, communication and hard work. She consistently informed me of what she was doing in my home and asked questions to ensure the quality was great. I appreciate that she takes her time and does not rush her work. I had also requested that they use non-toxic products because I have a dog and I occasionally suffer from sinusitis. I was home about 90% of the entire time Natalia was here and I felt no irritation or allergies. Overall, I will definitely be booking with Cleanbee again and hope to always have Natalia be the go-to. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience…read more I booked this company 3 weeks in advance for a move-in cleaning. The appointment was reconfirmed by the owner on Thursday, 2 days prior to the cleaning scheduled for Saturday. I was specifically asked to ensure that no other workers were in the house while their team was cleaning, and we rearranged our schedule and coordinated everything accordingly as best as we could. At 5 PM on Friday--the evening before the scheduled cleaning--the owner called to cancel, saying there was an unspecified issue with her team. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had been texting with the owner at 3 PM that same afternoon discussing which part of the house the cleaners would start with. At no point did she mention that there was an issue or even suggest that the appointment might be cancelled. I was told they could not accommodate us this Sunday or Monday either, despite the fact that we are moving in Tuesday. Her suggestion was essentially that she would "do her best" to send options if she came across any-- she didn't have another company she could personally recommend. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. What I find unacceptable is the lack of notice, lack of contingency planning, and lack of genuine concern for the significant inconvenience caused to the customer. Canceling a confirmed move-in cleaning less than 24 hours beforehand leaves a customer scrambling at the worst possible time. If you are relying on a company for a time-sensitive cleaning, this one will not deliver.
