The employee or owner working was kind and welcoming. He took his dog with him, who came out to greet us when we were at the counter, so I got my puppy fix while I was in there. I think more business owners should bring their dogs to work just for this reason. I thought the prices were good and the value was high. I spent $30 on the three things I bought, which wasn't bad. They are always accommodating and they do beautiful work. In the past I had been turned down from Jewelers because while my metal is not 100% gold. I do have genuine gemstones and a lot of silver. That is why I'm so excited I found Harlequin. They are more than happy to help out, give suggestions and their turnaround time is exceptional. The job was done within a couple of days (I think I got lucky) and the price was fair. I went in search of them, wondering what the distress could be, and found five medium-sized tropical birds in a cage much too small to accommodate them within any comfort. I was really upset and left the store. I don't know that much about birds and I don't know the story of the birds in Farmfancy. Maybe she lets them out at some point when she doesn't have customers. I have never kept them myself and the two people I know who have birds do not cage them. I still feel sick by what I saw.
