I would preface your important items before they come and they'll address it. They usually bring 2-3 ladies and come on time. I've noted to wear booties and they do maybe 90% of the time. If they leave the house to grab something from the car they wear it out which defeats the purpose but overall no complaints. House smells clean and they're very thorough. They provide their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum is immaculate as I have a German shepherd that sheds ALOT and it's hard to grab all of it even with my Dyson vacuum on my rug and they get all of it and throw away all the trash as well. Baseboards, vents, and walls look very clean which often is overlooked by other cleaners. They even clean under the spouts of the faucet! I would say they clean for about 2-3 hours but feels pretty quick. I do have to note that I had a broken glass while they were cleaning my bar cart but the cleaning lady as soon as they broke it contacted the admin who contacted me about next steps. They reimbursed me the amount of the glass. I've recently had an injury and can no longer do deep Cleanings on my home as I can be VERY picky and I'm pretty meticulous with my cleaning so from the other cleaners I've tried I'll stick with this one. This is a little pricey but until I find another cleaner that can do the same work and is dependable plus these guys are licensed and insured it's worth the value for me.

I asked him if he had already cleaned it and he said yes but that he couldn't get the hard grime off the toilet bowl. He said he didn't have the chemicals for that and that I need to scrub it daily to get it off. Fine. After he left, I went to the guest bathroom and looked at that toilet and it also didn't look cleaned or scrubbed and looked like it was just wiped down (like I said, they have been cleaning my place for a while now so I know what to expect). And when I looked at the tub in that bathroom, I noticed little a few specks of hair in the bathroom tub and the whole tub was dry (there should be signs of water if he had cleaned it!). So I ran my finger against parts of the tub and dust came off! He literally didn't even bother cleaning that tub! I texted them and he said that if I want a deep cleaning then that would be extra. Umm I didn't need deep cleaning, I just needed them to clean my house like they are supposed to! What made it worse is that they didn't even apologize and instead tried to gaslight and blame me for not calling them every three weeks. Well, they do regularly clean my place (3-4 weeks) and it was just this month that I had to reschedule for another two weeks out due to my job situation. Getting a house cleaning done is a luxury in this economy and it's really disappointing that people are not genuine and reliable anymore and will instead try to cut corners if they can get away with it. My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed.
