My flight was delayed and I had no way to communicate to anybody to come back and pick me up that I was stranded at the airport as a single woman by myself during a period when there were a lot of cancellations that I had a book a hotel room that was limited and availability for them to only understand with voicemails that I left over the night after hours to have somebody call me back and schedule my pick up for the next day. There was no customer service. There was no return phone calls. He did not care about my situation other than he told me he got me back safely and I told him that was their job. I would never use this company again because of their lack of compassion and lack of customer service regardless if I'm one person or I'm hundreds of people for an event. Avery, Regardless of the situation beyond control of travel conditions, Carolina Shuttle service fails in basic customer service and communication to customers who reserve seats without a confirmation or a way to confirm the pick up location, driver and type of vehicle as they have a fleet with various types and names. Rather than respond to my inquiry proactively the managed/owner waited for me to call and then argued that the AC worked fine despite the driver having told him about the AC issue too (which he admitted to in our phone conversation). He was not in the vehicle so he wouldn't know. He said he would not be willing to even consider a refund based on my experience. Three days after paying the deposit, we realized this company could not fully accommodate our needs. When we tried to cancel the contract just three days later by giving them over a year's notice, they refused to refund the deposit and pointed to some fine print they had slipped into the invoice that the deposit was non-refundable. I would have expected better from a company that has an owner with years of experience in the hospitality industry. This is NOT how to treat customers!
