The glowing reviews you'll see here are outdated--many of the doctors being praised, like Dr. Andrew, don't even work here anymore. Since the practice relocated and Dr. Koch took over, it's been a steady and disappointing decline. Dr. Koch took over the practice and it's completely gone downhill since they've moved. She hasn't personally examined my teeth in years, except for brief check-ins for orthodontic treatment. Most of my visits have been with Dr. Mondani, who completely lacks chair-side manner and shows zero warmth or connection. Every interaction now feels rushed, impersonal, and transactional. It's clear the focus is no longer on patient care--it's on moving people in and out as fast as possible. The new office space mirrors the cold, detached experience: sterile, industrial, and uninviting. It's the perfect metaphor for how the practice now operates--clinical and profit-driven, with none of the comfort or care you'd hope for in a family dental office. One of the other issues that adds to the decline of this place is that they no longer validate the parking for a full visit. They only validate for 1 hour and they have NEVER actually gotten me in and out within an hour so I have a pay a balance when I leave. It's only a few dollars but it's quite an annoyance. Another huge issue is the turnover is staff, clearly there is an issue with how they treat their employees as well because the tech turnover is insanely high. I haven't seen the same tech more than twice in a row and I'm trying to get to know a new tech each time. This used to be a dental office I trusted and recommended. Not anymore. If you're looking for a practice that values you as a patient and runs with professionalism and care, look elsewhere. This place is a shell of what it used to be.

The initial visit checked all the boxes: ample parking, friendly staff, clean office, and a thorough explanation of the procedure and cost. I was able to get scheduled during my desired timeframe which is a big plus as this procedure requires some downtime. The next two things that really make this practice a stand out were the precision of the anesthesia and communication following the procedure. Dr. Bartruff described the formula/ratio used for the sedation before injecting. Whatever it was, I was pleasantly surprised to come out of surgery without the usual groggy, lethargic feeling. The other part I was impressed with was the ease in communicating with the doctor and staff with my questions/concerns during recovery. The procedure itself pales in comparison to recovery so having open lines of communication definitely put my mind at ease.

From the first phone call with Larissa and her care of checking my insurance & scheduling my appt to my experience with Angela, the doctor himself and Olga they went above and beyond. They included me as a equal and human in educating me about what they were seeing with x ray discrepancies, what their concerns were, taking extra care to truly investigate if I did need a root canal. They are 100 Honest and include you and educate you. They suggested I get a Ct scan and explained why with the issues. They advised me upfront of what my portion was, they went above and beyond at every step. It turned out I don't need one right now & we will monitor the situation! They immediately scheduled and did my cleaning too! 100 recommend! Cherry did great!!! Bonus they are around the corner from my house! After waiting an additional 30 minutes in the lobby, the doctor texted Aaliyah requesting my friend's X-rays for a wisdom tooth extraction. We were then moved into the procedure room, where we waited for another hour. Eventually, Aaliyah informed us that the doctor was not answering her calls and asked us to reschedule for the following day. The next day, we called the office before leaving home to confirm the appointment, but once again, no one answered. We were never contacted to provide an update, apologize, or follow up regarding the missed appointment. Overall, we drove an hour each way, spent nearly two hours waiting, and ultimately received no treatment. While I genuinely appreciate Aaliyah's professionalism, the lack of communication, organization, and respect for patients' time was unacceptable. The staff confirmed multiple times that if I paid this full amount upfront, I would not have any additional expenses. They even had me sign a document stating that my total patient responsibility was $440. Despite this, the front desk repeatedly gave me inconsistent billing information during my visit. Still, I trusted their final calculation and paid the amount they said was the complete balance. Months later, I received an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my insurance company showing that they paid more than expected to the dental office. Yet, five months after my visit, I was suddenly contacted and told that I now owe an additional $245.21. This is incredibly frustrating and feels extremely unprofessional. Being told one amount, paying in full, signing documentation, and then being asked for more money months later is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of transparency from this office.
