I was scheduled to have crowns done, but when I arrived, I was told they had lost my paperwork and didn't know which teeth needed to be filled. I called to schedule a follow-up and was told I could come in that Friday. They called and texted nonstop for me to confirm the appointment--just to later call me back saying the doctor would be performing a surgery and they didn't want me waiting long. So what was the point of scheduling me or making me confirm if the appointment wasn't valid? Now I'm being told the doctor won't have availability for another two weeks. It's frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, while sitting in the office, you can clearly hear staff asking other patients to change their appointment times as well.
