I actually ended texting with her AFTER business hours on a Thursday evening and she still had the bouquet ready and delivered bright and early on Saturday morning. That was fast!! When my own mother died a year later, I knew exactly what I wanted and where to get it. Patricia Ann did not disappoint. They were absolutely beautiful. Since then, we have used Patricia Ann a few times and I have been 100% pleased every single time. We had accounts (both personal and business) somewhere else that we had used for several years but the prices were getting so ridiculous for next to nothing in size. We used the other florist for my dad's funeral, went in and spent an hour picking out what we wanted, but I was not very impressed and it cost us hundreds of dollars. Patricia Ann does beautiful work, has very reasonable prices, and the employees are very caring and attentive and kind. My only "complaint" was that they would not deliver to a New Carlisle address, which was about 10 miles down the road. If you are paying a $20 delivery fee, that just is not that far to go. BUT, we got our own delivery person to do it for us, and it was worth it to get their beautiful work. She offered to send the business to someone who would deliver there, but I said, no, I wanted their work. I trust it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The gentleman that helped me took my order over the phone and when my daughter went to pick up the flowers she commented to me that they were very nice to her. The flowers came with water tubes so the flowers stayed fresh for 48 hours prior to the actual graduation. The bouquet was nice but I was hoping for something bright and more aesthetic. I did indicate that I wanted something "bright" and celebratory but maybe I should have been more specific with the flower.
