Annie! I honestly can't say enough about Annie's amazing…read moreskills, talent and brilliance in organizing anything you need done. Last summer we had to move out if our home for a renovation and at the same time I had a medical issue pop up. She helped me declutter, pack up, and unpack moving back in. She reorganized my storage and set up my cabinets for smart usage. Her skills are top level and she is also a wonderful human lady. Annie is fun, smart, honest, fair, creative and very professional. And her rates are completely fair and she delivers tremendous value for every dollar! I whole-heartedly recommend Annie to anyone needing to reorganize their home or office. I can't wait for her to come and help me with more projects in my home! Aptos Homeowner Christine L. 1.3.25 Annie - sorry it took me so long! You are the best! Look forward to our next project! She did a masterful job helping me quickly decide what to let go of - sorting into shred piles, donations, possible saleable items, and keepers. The bonus was the laughs we had while staying focused on what we wanted to accomplish. While her rate is very reasonable, I got way more than I bargained for in terms of having a fun and efficient partner and collaborator in getting my life in order and prepared for a major life change. Annie, you're amazing. Thank you!

Missy's help was invaluable, worth every penny in helping us manage one of life's most stressful transitions. She arrived well-organized and ready to work, with packing tape, boxes, and other supplies that would have taken us valuable time to shop for. She was clear and personable in all her communications about how she could help us, her scope, fees and terms, and she exceeded our expectations in every way. She was self-starting, hard-working, and thorough in helping us sort through two lifetime's worth of accumulations of all sorts, helping us make difficult decisions about what to keep and what to let go, and requiring almost no time or direction on our part--she knew from experience and intuition how to plan and prioritize, where her help was most needed, and also knowing what only we could do. She was sensitive, thoughtful and conscientious about identifying items of potential value, and finding respectful new homes for stuff we wanted to give away, and keeping stuff out of the landfill by donating to local community-based non-profit organizations whenever possible. She packed boxes and boxes of items etc. carefully and professionally for shipping across the country, and everything arrived in good shape. Without her help, my brother and I would have each needed to take another week or two off work without pay-she saved us not just hours but days and weeks of time. As we neared the end of our PTO, with still plenty of stuff in the house, Missy said "just be sure to take what you want, and I'll finish the rest and empty the house after you're gone--" and she did it (and even took trash and recycling bins down to the curb and back and sent us donation receipts for tax deductions). Thank you so much, MIssy, our family will always remember your help!

She has an uncanny ability to anticipate what people want--even when they can't articulate it--and always finds creative, customized solutions. Her customer service is next-level. She also gave us on-the-spot lessons in design theory, which I genuinely appreciated and can now apply moving forward. As we cleared out what had to be 20+ bags of clutter, she offered to take care of both trash and donations, and had a hauling service at our house within the hour. I literally told her, "You're making all my problems go away." If you're looking for someone who combines logistics, empathy, design, and wizard-level efficiency--Monica's your person.

Moreover, Monica wanted to assure that my children would take away lessons for how to keep the house clean and organized. I was extremely impressed and very grateful for her help. I would highly recommend Monica to anyone, no matter how difficult the situation might be.

From the first minute I saw, and heard, Star - (it was in a TED talk) - it was very clear to me…read morethat she was no ordinary, nor usual, "professional organizer." She stood out, apart from the "crowd," leagues above. And yet, there was a genuineness about her, a sincerity that invited your trust immediately. Then when I actually met her in person, when she came to our home, I felt I had known her most of my life. There was no awkward get-to-know-you phase; rather, she made me feel we had been friends, and good friends, for years, without even trying. There was an unspoken connection and mutual understanding. Of course, these innate qualities lend themselves immensely to her profession. I'm very protective about my clutter, won't let anyone in our apartment to see the mounds of boxes of undealt-with emotions and put-off decisions. But I could let Star in. She just knows how to translate what all that clutter is speaking, what hidden treasures of messages lie beneath the piles, to unleash you from what has silently held you for so many years (decades?), to let you soar, to set you free. There were some items that were in a huge box that I could barely even open when Star wasn't here, but she was able to respectfully deal with each piece of my precious grandmother's treasured Italian laces and embroideries, which if not made by herself, then by her family members. The manner in which Star dealt with each piece, laying it out, folding it, taking photos, sending them to collectors, was the scissors that cut the ties of something I was helpless to let go of myself. I want to be freed from the encumbrances and the entanglements, to no longer be held back and down by all those weights, to see what will finally have a way to be expressed, to flow out of my innermost being. A big thank you to Star, as I know I could never do it without her.

Star isn't just a professional organizer; she is an intuitive, genuinely gifted coach who helps you uncover the emotional roots of clutter. She has an incredible ability to understand why clutter accumulates and what it reveals about your habits, mindset, and life patterns, whether it's months or even years in the making. She becomes a compassionate guide, helping you approach your space--and yourself--with understanding and intention. I've taken several of her classes and been part of her Chaos to Calm community, which is beyond amazing. The tools, support, and guidance she provides are practical, actionable, and truly life-changing. Star's coaching and teaching style is warm, encouraging, and inspiring--she meets you where you are and helps you move forward without judgment. While working with her, you begin to realize you feel more confident, grounded, and at peace with yourself, even if your clutter challenges haven't completely disappeared.
