Tybee is a friendly place with friendly, laid back people, and this Surf shop fit the mold of a friendly establishment. UNFORTUNATELY, it seems that the ladies he works with are incredibly inpatient and seem to get onto him for simple mistakes in public. Completely unprofessional. I'm only giving 5 stars because of how helpful Jacob was. As far as the other associates go- DO BETTER!

After contacting their customer service, I had a note offering a "price match" in which they honored the 50% price. A special call-out to Chris Campbell, one of their service technicians, who did an excellent job adjusting the gears and brakes during the safety check. He did a great job explaining the safe operation and maintenance of the bike. As a precaution, I took out their warranty for the free tune up and safety inspections. Check out was quick and easy.

Alfred (who is the owner, I believe) is fantastic with the customers - super patient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to put you on the treadmill and watch you walk / run to look for any issues (i.e. pronation) and then, combined with your input, recommends sneakers without pushing any one brand over another. There were folks there trying on multiple pairs of sneakers and Al was as patient as could be with all of us. I highly recommend Go Tri Sports for all of your running needs!
