I always stop by every Nike outlet in hopes of finding a good deal, for women. This post may be biased and directed to Nike than the location or maybe it is the location but there are never good deals for women. You are better off buying at a store like Footlocker or the Nike website. Men generally have the best deals and discounts in addition to better clothes. It's always been like that, in my opinion. Shoes are a different story. You may be able to find decent shoes at a great price for both male and female. The staff was very helpful though from the moment you walk in. read more

Told by Nike corporate I could return shoes. Store says no after 60 days. They jerk you around until it's too late. Buy at Walmart! They last longer. Seriously! read more

I'm only giving this store 1 star because of what happened to my family & I while we were here. The customer service provided by store associate Darrell was amazing. He was patient & very helpful, even went the extra mile to ensure we were able to use the available 15% off coupon for our purchaser. It wasn't until we realized that my 5 year old sister's purse was missing. At first we'd licked our wounds & considered it gone until an employee told us that it had been turned into the front- found by another employee. Grateful, we collected the purse & began to walk out. I thought to check the purse to make sure that everything was accounted for, but sure enough, the money was missing. We left angry but defeated, as there was nothing we could do. Or so we thought. The employee who had "found" the purse claimed that the purse was left unzipped & open on the bench we were at trying on shoes when they'd found it. I thought to myself, how in the world did NO ONE see someone taking money out of what was CLEARLY a child's purse, & just leave it there? So I went back to the store & asked that security cameras be reviewed. While waiting on the manager, an employee approached my boyfriend & I, & led us directly to the bench we had been at, bent down under the bench & revealed the cash that had gone missing. Mind you, the cash had been in a small zipper pouch, ZIPPED shut, inside of a ZIPPED shut purse. It would've taken effort to take the cash out of the bag. To me, it looked like someone got scared once I'd asked for the security cameras to be looked at, & threw the money under there. So, I called the police. Money recovered or not, I had a pretty strong feeling that an employee had been the thief, & my conscious wouldn't let me just leave knowing that this could happen to someone else down the road. The 3 officers that came out to help were extremely nice, & took care of the situation quickly. Security footage was reviewed & sadly, I was right, it in fact was an employee that had stolen the money. We were told that the employee was terminated, but regardless, I really hope the management of the establishment will start keeping a closer eye on the things going on in their store. I know you can't always spot a thief but having one among your own employees is really alarming. Who knows how many times it might've happened before us. read more

Nike Factory is great. The store is organized and it's easy to navigate between sections. You can find amazing deal on shoes. The workout clothes are cheaper than at athletic stores but the prices are still high. TJ Maxx and Marshall's offer better deals for these items. There were plenty of associates on the floor. You can bring our old, unwanted shoes here to be recycled, which is great! read more

Nike Factory Store at Tanger Outlets Hilton Head in Bluffton is a good place to shop for all things Nike at good prices. I like the selection here and am easily able to find exactly what I am looking for. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure you find exactly what you need. The Nike Factory Stores carry different apparel where they have the location. For instance, Hilton Head, Golf and Tennis apparel is more prevalent here than other Nike Stores. This store has more in Golf than Tennis. The merchandise is always moving and they are getting new things in everyday. I usually find something I need , but this time I did not. The store is split, women on one side and men on the other. read more

We were traveling to SC needed to kill some time before a wedding. We found the Tanger Outlets and decided to walk around for a bit. The Nike factory store is huge! They had tons of merchandise at great prices. We were able to walk around and pick up some good deals and the staff here was very friendly and helpful. read more

Pretty decent selection and pricing. The employees in this store were very helpful and especially given how busy it was while I was there.

This is basically a Nike retail store with slightly outdated items. The prices are high, definitely higher than the outlet in Charleston. I compared two items: Nike Golf Shoes - $99 in Charleston, $129 here. A pair of womens shoes my wife got: $69 in Charleston, and $89 here. No deals. read more

The Nike store did a great job taking care of my four daughters. They were extremely patient as my girls tried on 25 different types of shoes. If you visit the store ask for Malcom, as he did an exceptional job. He provided some of the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He helped my daughter purchase a Nike Fuel Band and did an exceptional job explaining how to use it. We visited lots of stores at the Tanger outlet, but I felt the Nike store shined above the rest. read more

My family and I went here last Saturday to see if they really had any good deals. I was really impressed with the young lady that greeted us ,she had on pink and black sorry I could remember her name. The young lady was very knowledgeable of the sales. When we got to the back of the store Billy was very helpful as well, I asked for what I was interested in and that was what he got me. He wasn't trying to sell me something I was not interested in and that went a long way with me. He was looking for one shoe I was and seen 4 others I might be interested in.
